Job Description
- Gain exposure to the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with new hires, collection of employment documents, and support for employee exit procedures.
- Develop knowledge and hands-on experience in HR Data Management by maintaining accurate employee records and updating information within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Learn HR Document Management and digitalization practices, including filing, scanning, data entry, document organization, and supporting the Malaysia OpenText Project for the digitalization of employees’ personal files and records.
- Build competency in HR Reporting and Documentation through assisting in the preparation, formatting, consolidation, and distribution of HR-related reports and business documents.
