Vacancy Description
- Support in the office management functions, including but not limited to internal events and meetings coordination, office and workplace setup
- Packing, ordering and replenish of office and pantry supplies
- Administrative tasks including and not limited to printing / photocopying materials, filing, ordering stationery or supplies
- Coordinate with logistics forwarder or courier for the arrangement of incoming and outgoing shipment and delivery
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor
