Position Overview
As an Application Development Intern, you will support the bakery application team in product formulation, prototype preparation, and lab trial activities. This internship offers hands-on exposure to bakery ingredient applications, sensory evaluation, and product development processes within the Food & Nutrition industry.
You will work closely with experienced application technologists and cross-functional teams to assist in developing innovative bakery solutions that meet customer and market needs.

Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will support the team in:

Assisting with product formulation and prototype preparation.
Supporting lab-scale trials and documenting results accurately.
Preparing ingredients, samples, and materials for application testing.
Conducting basic sensory evaluations on prototype samples (taste, texture, aroma, and appearance).
