Job Description Payroll Operations Support
Assist the regional payroll team in preparing, validating, and processing monthly payroll for assigned markets. Review input of payroll data, including new hires, exits, variable pay, and statutory adjustments to ensure accuracy. Conduct preliminary checks on payroll reports and identify discrepancies before approval. Own It by ensuring assigned tasks are completed with accuracy and accountability. Data Management & Accuracy
