Intermediate Tailings Engineer — Grow Mining Waste Solutions

Hatch is seeking a Civil Engineer or Engineering Geologist with tailings management expertise to join our growing regional business in Africa. The role targets an intermediate professional who can lead technical scopes and mentor junior engineers.

You will contribute to multi‑disciplinary tailings designs, supervise teams, and coordinate with clients on feasibility through detailed design while leveraging the HITM tool for data consolidation and GISTM compliance auditing.
