Intermediate Software Asset Management Specialist

This role works within the IT Software Asset Management (SAM) team and supports the management, analysis, and maintenance of software inventory across the organisation. The role contributes to software licence compliance activities by assisting with data analysis, reporting, inventory accuracy, and the ongoing maintenance of SAM-related information. The role provides operational support and advice on the management of software assets, including in-house, external, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions. It works closely with the Software Licence Procurement team, business service owners, IT teams, and relevant stakeholders to support effective software asset tracking, reporting, and compliance management.
