This position with a leading cost consultancy allows you to leverage your expertise as a Quantity Surveyor. You will be involved in preparing construction cost estimates at various stages while liaising with clients and project teams. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare cost estimates from feasibility to pre-tender stages • Develop unit cost rates from fundamental calculations • Prepare and issue reports to clients supporting cost estimates • Liaise with clients and design teams for effective communication • Gather cost information from the supply chain to support estimates
