Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3-6 years' experience as an Estimator within the building construction industry. Proven experience pricing building tenders from first principles. CCS (Candy Construction Software) experience is essential. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and rates. Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
