Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 36 years' experience as an Estimator within the building construction industry.
• Proven experience pricing building tenders from first principles.
• CCS (Candy Construction Software) experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and rates.
• Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and negotiation skills.
