Intermediate Architect (5-8 yrs) Single Family Residential

JVA is an award-winning architecture studio in the heart of Chelsea. As a small studio, you have the unique opportunity to work on all phases of projects, including design, under a Senior Architect. We focus solely on high-end, single family residential work in New York, including townhouse renovations, new ground‐up townhouses, large apartment renovations, and landmark restorations. We are a tight knit group of creative problem solvers with a taste for well‐crafted design and work in a collaborative team environment, pushing boundaries until a project is the best it can be. We're looking for someone with strong 3D modeling skills , as well as a great design sensibility ; a sharp critical eye with a focus on detail, and who is comfortable working in a fast‐paced studio.
