Intermediate Accountant

About the Opportunity

• Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and on time
• Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and account analyses
• Maintain up-to-date bookkeeping records using accounting software
• Contribute to internal audit and compliance processes
• Assist with payroll and related administrative tasks when needed
• Collaborate with the finance team on various projects and initiatives

About You

• 2+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including AP, AR, journal entries, bank and account reconciliation
• Advanced excel- pivot tables, vlookups are required
• Experience with an ERP System is a must, QuickBooks online is a strong asset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required
