INTERIORS - Plant Manager

About the Position:

We are looking for a Plant Manager to join the Manufacturing Interior Mexico team, reporting directly to the Operations Director.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes - PIVA.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Lead overall plant performance with full P&L accountability across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Develop plant budgets, investment plans, and strategic business plans to achieve profit and inventory targets.
• Drive new product industrialization in collaboration with launch and development teams, applying PLC 2.0 and PFMEA methodologies.
• Use SIOP processes to forecast customer demand, production volume, product mix, and pre-SOP material requirements.
• Ensure consistent implementation of manufacturing policies and methodologies aligned with Central Operations Management.
