KOLAB is looking for a Project Supervisor for its Chandigarh Project Experience-0-2 years Job type- Contract Basis Work type-on site Salary-15-25K or as per market standards The Candidate should be based in and around Chandigarh Requirements- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Expertise in interior execution technicalities. Should be able to read and understand Interior drawings. Soft skills- Risk management, negotiation, time management, budgeting, and communication. Roles and responsibilities- Take measurements of the site and hand them over to the designer. Vet all the GFC drawings and suggest changes to the designer if required. Research and vet contractors and vendors for a specific job. Keep an eye on onsite finances and vendor payments. Do material sourcing and procurement.
