Job Scope:
. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, needs and budget constraints
. Create detailed floor plans and layouts that optimize the functionality
. Generate creative and unique design concepts that align with the client's vision and project objectives
. Present design ideas through mood boards, sketches, and renderings
. Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
. Report to General Manager regarding the project design, progress, budget, cost and other issues
. Recommend furniture, lighting, and fixtures that complement the overall design concept and meet the client's requirements
. Coordinate with contractors,worker, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution
. Source and specify materials and furnishings from various suppliers
. Develop and manage project budgets, providing cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses
