Interim Sub-Acute Director | Southern California

Reid & Associates is conducting a confidential search for an Interim Sub-Acute Director at a respected acute care hospital in Southern California.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced RN leader ready to step in, stabilize operations, and drive quality outcomes during an important period of transition.

The Role:
Direct the provision of nursing care across the sub-acute unit while maintaining standards of patient care
Oversee nursing staff operations and ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Partner with medical staff, department heads, and administrators on nursing strategy
Conduct staff scheduling, performance reviews, and day-to-day leadership
Interpret and implement nursing policies and objectives across the department

What We're Looking For:
Active RN license (compact state accepted)
BSN required; MSN, MBA, or MHA preferred
