I have partnered with a long-standing client to recruit an interim HR Advisor. This role will run until the end of July.

Your new role
In this generalist HR Advisor role you will:
Be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations and management issues, as well as managing disciplinary and grievance cases.
Manager ER case load
You'll also lead important HR processes such as recruitment,pensation planning, promotions and objective setting, in line with HR guidelines.
