Interim Deputy Headteacher | Special School (SEMH / ASD) | Buckinghamshire

Brava Education is working with a specialist SEMH/ASD school in Buckinghamshire to appoint an experienced Interim Deputy Headteacher for the full academic year, starting September 2026 (or sooner depending on availability).

This is a non‑teaching, operationally focused leadership role in a school supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and autism. All pupils have an EHCP. You will be a visible, hands‑on presence across the school, working closely with the headteacher and wider leadership team to keep day to day operations running smoothly.

• Lead on data and assessment, tracking pupil progress and outcomes
• Oversee Pupil Premium strategy and spend
• Manage daily staffing, cover and deployment
