Interim Chief Executive Officer

Our client, a well-established, community-based not‑for‑profit organization, is seeking an Interim Chief Executive Officer to provide executive leadership during a period of transition.

This is not a caretaker mandate. The Board is seeking a seasoned interim leader to stabilize, assess the organization—balancing day‑to‑day operational stewardship with a forward‑looking transformation agenda.

The Mandate

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Interim CEO will operate as a trusted advisor, change agent, and organizational stabilizer, with a dual focus:

Executive Stewardship

• Provide visible, credible leadership across the organization, ensuring continuity of operations, culture, and stakeholder confidence
• Maintain organizational performance across programs, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and community presence
• Partner closely with the Board to ensure sound governance, transparency, and alignment on priorities
