This Senior Buyer/ Category Manager for technology services vacancy can be offered as either a 6-month interim, or temp-to-perm opportunity, depending on your preference.This client of ours is a well-known financial institution who spends over £2 billion annually with external suppliers, who aim to drive high performance and sustainable value through their supply chain.

Your new role

This role will primarily focus on supporting the Technology Category Director in order to execute key category strategies and managing ongoing supplier relationships. You will ensure delivery of key organisational processes and frameworks when ites to sourcing as well as SRM. You will lead sourcing and negotiation conversations with key suppliers in the technology space (mainly low-medium level spend) and ensure accurate tracking of contract renewals.
