INTERDISCIPLINARY SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER/ARCHITECT

Summary You will serve as a PLANNING, DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION BRANCH (PDCB) HEAD in the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) office ML EARLE, part of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. Responsibilities You will direct, coordinate and oversee the work of the branch. You will develop the branch’s resourcing plan and workload projections and monitor their implementation. You will make decisions on work problems presented by subordinate supervisors or by contractors. You will oversee all aspects of PDC work, including the mentoring and training of the PDC staff and leading high level execution status meetings for all PDC products. You will be familiar with Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS), NAVFAC Business Process Management System (BPMS), regulations governing construction and architect-engineer contracts, and development of government estimates.
