Responsibilities
- Support the global finance organization in the monthly close
- Prepare recurring and one‑time intercompany journal entries for the monthly close
- Reconcile intercompany related balance sheet accounts, ensuring balance
- Support intercompany AP / AP invoice into subledger
- Perform intercompany confirmation
- Intercompany payment proposal and cash forecast
- Work with the other related department to solve any intercompany related issue
- Ensure SOP is created and up to date
- Support standardization and process improvement to align with company policy
- Support ad hoc intercompany accounting reports and analysis per request
- Support internal / external audit and tax related request
Skills & Qualifications
- Accounting fresh grade is preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting with 1-2 years working experience in intercompany job
