Intercompany Account Analyst

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Continually evaluates existing processes, and recommends suggestions for improvement that will facilitate business objectives. Resolves transactional problems and concerns as they are identified.
- Analyzes financial data and prepares technical reports and forecasts including: general and subsidiary ledgers and supporting schedules, current and past financial performance, cash receipts, and disbursements, and capital expenditures and depreciation, among others.
- Perform and managed activities and reports of banking, prepaid expenses, payroll, intercompany and fixed assets, including accruals, allocations and journal entries. Review and prepare GL accounts reconciliations, for all departments in the company. Provide accounting support to the AP and AR Depts. Support internal-external audits.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required Degree: Bachelor’s Degree
- Years of Experience: Ideally 2-4 years In Intercompany Accounting, GL.
