Integration Manager

We are seeking an Integration Manager to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE). Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, CoE, you will support the integration of operational improvements, technologies, and service innovations across the organisation.

This role focuses on translating ideas, technologies, and best practices into practical solutions that can be adopted by operations teams and embedded into business-as-usual processes. A key responsibility is to review existing facilities and estate management services, identify opportunities for standardisation, and develop modular service components that can be deployed across multiple contracts and customer environments.

You will work closely with operations, estate management teams, corporate functions, and external partners to improve service delivery, drive operational efficiency, and support the development of future-ready service offerings.
