The Intake Worker/Coordinatoris accountable for coordinating the assessment and referral activities at the facility. This position involves extensive contact with the community. The position works closely withutilizationreview staff, business officestaffand clinical staff toinsurecontinuity of communication. This position is also responsible for inquiry calls, tracking theinitialauthorizationcompletion and scheduling of evaluations and admissions. Shifts available: Day or Night.
