Intake & Social Work Assistant – Pregnancy Services

KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital PTE. LTD. is seeking a Social Work Assistant to manage the intake process at the clinic, coordinating enrolment for the KidSTART @KKH KIDS 0-3 programme and collaborating with community partners.

You will engage antenatal patients, families and colleagues, maintain documentation, and escalate complex cases to Medical Social Workers as needed. A compassionate, confidential approach and strong communication skills are essential.
