Intake & Scheduling Coordinator

Position Overview The Intake & Scheduling Coordinator is the operational hub of Elevate Infusion's day-to-day patient services. You will serve as the primary point of contact between our pharmacy partners, patients, and nursing staff ensuring referrals are accepted smoothly, patients are onboarded with care, nurses are scheduled efficiently, and our pharmacy partners are kept in the loop every step of the way. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-first communicator who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
