Casey Auto Group is seeking a full-time Insurance & Title Clerk to join our team at Auto Credit of Virginia! The Insurance & Title clerk is responsible for overseeing and enforcing insurance policies, along with processing and maintaining titles. Responsibilities: * Monitoring and maintaining updated information on insurance policies (new loan policies, renewals, intent to cancel notices, and cancellation notices). * Data entry of current insurance policy information as the lien holder is notified. * Contacting customers who are not compliant with active insurance policies, and reporting to DMV. * Filing and scanning documents into cloud files such as titles and notifications from insurance companies. * Overseeing and following up on any outstanding insurance claims from customers until the process is complete. * Filing proper paperwork to gap insurance companies when an insurance claim has been filed.
