1) Private Bank Coverage & Collaboration
- Partner 1:1 with assigned Private Bankers to originate structure and execute insurance cases across a defined HNW/UHNW book.
- Participate in joint and individual client meetings to prepare bespoke insurance analyses aligned to the clients total insurance need and longterm goals.
- Devise and implement effective strategies to drive sales through a customer-centric lens.
- Educate private bankers on products planning strategies.
- Train and enable front office teams on use cases (e.g. legacy equalization keyperson/creditor protection premium financing considerations and pipeline management).
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads in collaboration with Private Bankers Investment Counsellors and Relationship Managers to ensure consistent origination tracking and conversion of insurance cases.
