REMOTE Medicare TeleSales SHIFT: Monday - Friday between hours of 8am - 5:30, with some weekends. QUALIFICATIONS: Current Health Insurance license required; NY appointment required or must be obtained within 30 days of offer and maintained as a condition of continued employment in the role. Summary: Responsible for enrolling Medicare Members telephonically into the Medicare plan and for providing superior telephonic sales service for prospective Medicare members. Educate prospective/current members on Medicare products, benefits, enrollment rules and next steps in a clear and compliant manner. Principal Accountabilities: Conduct telephonic sales presentations and enrollments in accordance with CMS requirements, state regulations and internal compliance standards. Assess customer needs, answer questions accurately and recommend appropriate plan options based on eligibility and coverage requirements.
