Insurance Sales Officer

The Insurance Sales Officer will have a direct reporting line to Manulife Alternative Distribution and will pursue targets as agreed by and between Manulife and Alternative Distribution Sales channels. The Insurance Sales Officer will be entitled to the variable pay as in the approved mechanics. As an Insurance Sales Officer, he/she is responsible for driving and closing the sales for Alternative Distribution partners and should have a strong business relationship with business and internal partners.

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ Deliver his/her required APE monthly, quarterly and Full Year target/plan.
+ Conduct Manulife product presentations to business partners and its clients.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients both High Net worth, retail and Manulife employee customers to ensure satisfaction and retention, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.
