Insurance Operations Associate (Compensation & Distribution) - 6 Months Contract - SGD5k

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Operations Associate (Compensation & Distribution) . In this role, you will administer compensation for distribution partners and any other out-of-system compensation to ensure on time and accurate payments and other operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure timely, accurate payments for Distribution 3rd Party Insurers and other out-of-system compensation processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external insurers regarding compensation-related inquiries and issues.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from receiving commissions from third parties to payment disbursement and statement delivery to distributors.
• Handle ad-hoc adjustments by collecting necessary data, preparing required files, and ensuring proper documentation.
