Insurance Operations Analyst (Bogotá)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bogotá and is a hybrid role requiring in‑office presence at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for activating new, expanded, or renewed business, including the creation of prospect codes and internal tools.
• Provide first‑level telephone support for inquiries and follow‑up on incomplete information.
• Conduct analysis and proceed with the activation and release of processes through the CORE system, ensuring documentation is stored correctly.
• Validate information for acceptance in the CORE system and communicate with the Policy Servicing team.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or currently studying in a related field with a focus on customer service.
