INSTRUMENT MECHANIC LEADER

Summary You will serve as an Instrument Mechanic Leader in the Calibration Laboratory Branch (137.1), Regional Metrology and Calibration Division (137), Quality Assurance Office (130) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will show proper trade techniques and practices and explain safety precautions. You will set up machinery and equipment and give instruction in the use of layout techniques, power tools, materials, measuring devices, precision instruments and safety devices. You will strive to improve performance in training sessions. You will follow all of the shipyard certification standards.
