Edmonton Zone Continuing Care (CCEZ) delivers services through five core program areas: Home Living (HCC Types 1 & 2), Supportive Living (CCH Type B), Facility Living (CCH Type A), Palliative & End of Life Care, CHOICE & Adult Day Programs & Transition Services. The Instructor is a member of the ALA Continuing Care (CC) Education & Practice Development team in Edmonton Zone. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, & evaluating CC orientation & education. Education delivered through this position supports the clinical practice of frontline CC staff & is developed in collaboration with operational partners across CCEZ.
