The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for an Instructional Technologist. The Instructional Technologist serves as a key partner in developing high-quality online courses. The role ensures courses meet accreditation standards, accessibility guidelines, best practices for online learning, and program-specific requirements. This position is responsible for all phases of course development and maintenance, including, but not limited to: building courses to include all elements in the university supported Learning Management System (LMS), staying current on the latest educational technologies and their applications, assisting with video production and editing, collaborating with faculty to create engaging multimedia elements (including training them on these tools), integrating learning tools into the LMS, and rolling and updating the courses for each new semester.
