As an Instructional Designer, Interactive Learning you will lead the creation, implementation, and continuous enhancement of engaging training programs that drive performance and support organizational goals. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with strong expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and digital learning technologies. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), stakeholders, and trainers to design effective, learner-centered content across various formats.
