What you’ll do

• Develop basic web‑based, in‑person instructor‑led and virtual training and produce basic instructional videos and digital assets under the guidance of the Instructional Designer 2 job and Work Leader. Work with SMEs, instructors and Training Leads to develop and write basic training materials, technical documentation, procedure documents and manuals using standard templates.
• Apply current adult education concepts and learning approaches when developing and maintaining basic learning assessment tools based on established assessment matrices to ensure learning assessment tools align with learning objectives and training materials.
