WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Join RBC’s strategic GenAI adoption team at a pivotal moment. You’ll design the learning experiences that enable thousands of employees to confidently adopt and apply AI tools in their daily work. This is a build-from-scratch role with direct influence on enterprise-wide AI capability no competing legacy programs, just the opportunity to shape how a major financial institution scales AI adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and employees across all lines of business, creating visible, high-impact learning assets that drive real organizational transformation.WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Design and develop a three-level certification framework (Foundation, Practitioner, Advanced) for AI-SDLC, aligned to RBC roles and competencies
