Instructional Aide

Lander Grinspoon Academy is seeking a compassionate, patient, and dedicated 1:

• 1 Instructional Aide to support a student with a phonological disorder and Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) in an inclusive classroom setting.


• The aide will work under the direction of classroom teachers to ensure the student has access to learning, communication support, and engagement in daily classroom activities.
• Key Responsibilities In this role you will provide critical support for a mostly non-verbal student so that they may participate in classroom activities and instruction.

Specifically you will:
