Installer Tech Support & Training Specialist

Hikvision Pakistan is seeking a Technical Support Associate to provide technical assistance and support to installers, identifying and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat. You will train installers, document resolutions, and collaborate with teams to address complex problems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, strong communication, and solid troubleshooting skills. You will stay updated on product knowledge and conduct demonstrations across cities.
