Installation Technician

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced, proactive, and collaborative Installation Technicians. With our London fibre network now fully built, the focus of this role is on delivering high‑quality installations, maintaining network integrity, resolving faults, and connecting customers to our infrastructure.

This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you will work across London, delivering exceptional service from street‑level infrastructure through to customer premises. You will play a critical role in ensuring our network performs to the highest standards and that customers experience seamless, reliable connectivity.
