I need a qualified tradesperson to install a new wall switch for a light fitting in my Dublin home. The wall currently has no switch plate, and I’d like a clean installation with a standard single-pole switch. Please confirm that you are comfortable handling live wiring tasks safely and can test the circuit after installation. I prefer a tidy finish with the switch positioned at about adult elbow height (around 120 cm). If possible, provide a quick assessment of any plaster or wall repair needed after removing the old plate.
