Activities:
Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) within the scope of certification, following engineering procedures, applicable codes, and industry standards to ensure product integrity and quality. Conduct visual, dimensional, and hardness inspections using calibrated measuring instruments to verify compliance with technical specifications. Interpret NDT procedures, record inspection results, and prepare technical inspection reports for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring traceability and accurate documentation. Perform equipment calibration, when qualified, and inspect tools and equipment to verify operational condition and identify maintenance or repair requirements. Evaluate wear and critical areas of equipment, identify repair needs, and support maintenance planning by specifying required replacement parts.
