Inspector (Turnaround)

Review ITP and procedures related to equipment inspection and repair of piping / equipment. Perform turnaround inspection of heat exchangers, vessel, reactor, columns & piping. Write, prepare and submit final inspection reports inclusive of inspection data with photos, review of NDT reports, included inspection recommendation & findings appropriate for repair/replacement of equipment. Handle the QA/QC inspection activities in workshop fabrication and site installation.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of work experience in heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns and piping inspection with previous shutdown / turnaround inspection experience. Must have valid API 510. API 570 & Welding inspector certificates are an added advantage. Good knowledge of NDT and Advanced NDT Methods Knowledge of WPS/PQR and WQT tests. Knowledge in codes like ASME & API. Singaporean/Singapore PR and available to start immediately. Must be willing to work on contract assignment.
