Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites ensuring compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and contractors to review and approve construction plans and designs
• Identify and report any deviations from approved plans or potential safety hazards
• Participate in the development process providing insights on land use, zoning regulations and environmental considerations
• Analyze site conditions and propose solutions to overcome challenges in the development process
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate records of all site visits and findings
• Assist in the creation and review of project timelines, budgets and resource allocation
