Assist in managing insolvency and corporaterestructuring engagements by coordinating daily administrative tasks, liaisingwith creditors and regulatory bodies, and supporting investigations intowound-up companies to recover assets for distribution.
Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities for insolvency and corporate restructuring engagements to ensure smooth case management
- Communicate effectively with creditors and regulatory bodies to facilitate compliance and information exchange during insolvency processes
- Support investigations into the affairs of wound-up companies by gathering and analyzing relevant information to aid asset recovery and distribution
