Insight Analyst

The Role

We are looking for an analytical and communication-savvy Insight Analyst . Your role will be key in uncovering insights from data and effectively conveying them to and collaborating with our customers in the aquaculture industry. You will work closely with our Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure that customers get the maximum value from our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, contextualize, visualize, and present data
• Transform data into valuable insights
• Communicate complex relationships in a clear and understandable way
• Define and follow up on specific goals together with the customer
• Provide support and act as a sparring partner for our customers
• Guide customers in new decision‑making processes
• Explore new applications for Aquabyte’s data
