- Attend to incoming inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-in customers professionally.
- Introduce and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Actively follow up on pending quotations and customer discussions to maximize sales conversion.
- Suggest related or alternative products to increase upselling opportunities.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as design, production, and delivery to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Update customer records, quotations, and sales progress in the system or tracking sheet.
