Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative supports the Sales function by managing daily customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and generating new business opportunities through both inbound and outbound engagement. The role builds and maintains strong customer relationships, escalates issues as needed during sales activities, and collaborates closely with Client Service, Operations, Finance, and Account Executives to ensure a smooth customer experience.
