Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive support to the APAC & MEIA sales teams throughout the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to project handover.
• Prepares and manages quotations in coordination with Area Sales Managers and internal departments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with production capabilities.
• Collects and consolidates technical and commercial data required for proposals and ensures proper documentation within CRM and quotation systems.
• Coordinates the process from signed quotation to handover to Operations, including contract preparation, documentation, and scheduling of project kick-off meetings.
